The Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco is offering two positions for one-year ACGME Approved Surgical Care Fellowship to begin in August 2022. The fellow will rotate to Zuckerberg San Francisco General, the only Level I Trauma Center in San Francisco, as well as UCSF Moffitt-Long Hospital. Opportunities are available for both clinical and basic science research during the twelve months as well as operative experience.
Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical teaching and surgical research. A second year is available as a Trauma/ Acute Care Surgery Fellow at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
Applicants should be board certified or eligible (preferred), or enrolled in an accredited residency program in surgery.
