Job Description

Brown Neurology, is seeking a neuro-hospitalist to be employed full-time. The successful candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, training/interest in vascular neurology helpful but not necessary.

The Neuro-hospitalist will be expected to provide consultations and management of patients with neurological disorders.

The selected individual will participate in the educational programs in Neurology for medical students and residents as well as other staff members at Kent Hospital.

She/he will qualify for appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level in the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. For purposes of reappointment, promotion, and ongoing teaching evaluation, the candidate will be responsible to the Chairperson, Department of Neurology, and Alpert Medical School of Brown University

The successful candidate will collaborate with the other faculty and the Chairperson of the Department of Neurology in educational programs, in scholarly work, and in clinical activities.
