invite applicants and nominations for Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Applicants should have an M.D., be Board-Certified, and have credentials consistent with the academic rank of Professor Tenure track.
Candidates must have a record of distinguished clinical, scholarly, and administrative accomplishments highlighted by an active clinical practice, a well defined area of expertise within the specialty or sub-specialty, academic leadership, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and a track record of scholarship supported by extramural funding.
The major responsibilities of the Chair are to promote high-quality clinical care, teaching, and scholarship by faculty in a 16 resident program and medical students.
The Chair provides visionary leadership in a pluralistic medical group environment that enhances existing programs and drives the development of new initiatives across the CHI Health division. Department information can be found at medschool.creighton.edu
