The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences is seeking outstanding applicants for a full-time appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Clinical or Clinician-Educator track for our Obstetrics Division. The applicants are required to be Board certified/eligible in general obstetrics and gynecology, have superior surgical and operative vaginal delivery skills and demonstrated excellence in evidence-based obstetric care and teaching.
Dependent upon experience/interest, there is an opportunity to develop a gynecology clinical component for our Obstetric Specialties and Midwifery Division as either a fulltime OB or a combined OB and GYN role. The OB component is labor floor coverage only - no clinics, no call - and involves collaborating with residents and midwives to provide in-patient care to a diverse group of obstetrical patients. There is the further unique opportunity to craft a gynecology experience based on individual interests and goals (community health, office practice, teaching, surgery, research).
